Almost 18 years ago I was told by Kahuna Kilipaka, my Kumu (teacher), that a time would come when I would have a tattoo done that held sacred symbols from my grand lineage. I thought to myself, 'I don’t really have a desire for a tattoo, I don’t even care for them that much'. Oh, I have grown since then!
Almost 2 years ago a message was channeled to me by Kryon about this grand lineage and how I had earned 'the badge of the High Priestess'. It was suggested that I wear something that reminds others of that sacred lineage and what Spirit has laid upon me - for it is a great responsibility. Only a short while ago did I hear the soft whisper of my ‘Aumakua i ka Po', Ancestors of the distant past, gently showing me that symbol.
Last week, I had a sacred tatau (tattoo) done on my left hand. It is a spiral of dots starting from the center and going out. There are 75 dots, 74 generations and the 75th is me. When the sacred symbol was complete, I cried. I could feel the mana - Spiritual Power - of these ‘Aumakua' in every cell of my being. I know I had a melding of my Spirit with theirs, in a multidimensional way I could feel. It was profound.
This is what Kahuna Kilipaka wrote to me after he saw it:
