Healing of the Heart

1. The first thing to recognize is that the heart is resilient, it carries a far greater energy than you know. Your mind is the only thing that will keep this heart energy from flowing. Thoughts that weaken you weaken your heart.

2. Be gentle with yourself, for kindness towards the self will remove blocking energy and thus will you move forward with greater ease.

3. Think not that you are alone and that we, your "Committee", your "Benevolent Family Spirits", know not of you. Your very cells let us know how you are doing, on all levels and beyond those things known to you.

4. The sorrow that lingers in the heart only lingers there because you believe it gives it a place to respect it. This way you can honor those things and persons you feel sorrow for. Why not allow the sorrow to meld with the joy and watch a miracle transpire?

5. There are multiple levels where we from the Spirit World communicate with the heart. But that cannot occur unless you have first felt our love there.

6. Every visitation by an angel is felt, at some level, by the human the visit is intended for. The only reason a human would be unaware of this visit, in it's multiple forms, be it the scent of a flower as you walk by or a sudden sense of calm you can't explain, is because you are frightened of these "unknown and unfamiliar" things. If you could only know how common and often we send angels to you, you would realize the countless moments of joy you could feel at any time throughout the day.

7. The sacredness that is held in your heart center is profound. No other organ  or center contains this energy. It is pure divine love. You can send it to all other organs and cells and you will have an instant healing. But you must first believe this.

8.  The Light that shines in you and through you is a grand energy. It's love at it's purest. It is sacred. It is divine. It is God in you and is you. To love you is to love God. And vise-versa.

9. There is a song, so soft and so sweet, waiting to be sung inside you. It has the voice of a child, pure and innocent. It is the voice of the Angel that you are. Enter into your own heart and look upon that face of the Angel…for it is you. Then sing your heart song, dear One.

10. We sit around you in the multitudes, we sit and we sing your astral name, one known by all the Universe…and hidden so sweetly from you until you return to the Stars and claim it as yours.

11. The Masters sit in a counsel all around you. They are here in service to you. Many have been with you through every incarnation, others are new to compliment your higher vibration and facilitate higher learning. They love you beyond measure.

12. The body holds many memories. The heart holds many emotions. The heart is the key for only through the energy of love, sent forth from the heart to other body parts and the mind, can the Soul feel it's true Essence. This takes practice. As painful memories stored in the body is freed through love, the  body becomes as a Star. It then can become a teacher, a master, to help others do the same.

13. From the moment you entered into this world, whether you remember it or not…you were loved. Those of us on this side that witnessed your transition into a body, wept with joy. We know who you are, precious One.

14. The Holy Beings that stand in line waiting to deliver messages of love and hope and guidance to you, are all sending divine energy through the hand that write this message. And they are for YOU, dear reader. You.

15. If you could truly recognize and believe, that you are divine, eternal, and immortal, every fear your mind now holds, every fear, would vanish. How free you can become, dear One.

16. Sitting with you, right now, holding your hand…is a Spirit Guardian that loves you. One that has been sent for just this hour. It is a profound moment and we wish you to open your heart and feel the truth of this message. It is for you.

17. Did you know that every time you sit and weep in sadness and pain and sorrow, there are family members who have left the planet but are still there with you, holding you? They've been through what you're going through and they want you to know that when this time is over, you will have only one feeling, one experience…LOVE.   

18. The Light that glows around your holy head may not be visible to you, and may be to a few "seers", but we want you to know that it is seen by all the Universe. We know your real name and your real home and you are missed and honored for your journey.

19. Beloved One…enter into the silence that your heart longs to feel. Enter into the eternal calm by quieting your mind. You do this by simply telling it this one single truth…
                                                 Only Love is Real.
                                          You are Safest in the Calm.

20. Have you ever been able to recognize how powerful you are? How strong you truly are? How brave you are? We have. Ask your cells to remind you of those many lifetimes you have had where you were these things. And then sing songs of gladness with them.

21. The Sacred Breath of Life continues into eternity for Life is eternal. Your "last breath" is merely the change of form as the breath continues in the wind, in the smile of a child. You are eternal.

22. Take your hand and place it upon your heart. Breathe deeply. Can you begin to feel your own Sacredness? The higher reason you are here? If not, ask your heart…then write down it's wisdom.

23. Doubt…it is a block to knowing. It is a way you pretend not to know. It is the way the ego denies your radiance and how you choose to agree with it. There is a voice far more powerful than that of the doubt. It is the still, small voice of the Child of God in your heart. You may not think you have heard it but you have…every time you have a loving thought.

24. The Light in you is what the Universe longs to behold. We are your Family called the Universe. Begin to accept this concept of the Universe as Family and you will never feel alone, ever. Listen to the choir of the Universe! It is singing…in your cells back to us!

25. The Seven Steps to the Door of the Human Heart:

1st Step…Acknowledge there is doubt present.
2nd Step…Walk over that step anyway.
3rd Step…Acknowledge with detachment that there is fear present.
4th Step…Walk over that step anyway.
5th Step…Notice the need within you to be right and the desire to turn back.
6th Step…Walk over that desire anyway.
7th Step…Stand at the Door to your Human Heart and open it…
                                allow the Light to bath you and then enter.

26. The Light: speak to them of Light, the one that is you, all of you, the Light that is the LIGHTHOUSE. Tell them how powerful they are, how that Light is helping so many Humans from crashing in unsafe harbors. How there are Humans that they will never meet that will benefit from one single, kind, unselfish act of love with no agenda. How the child born to the one they save on that shore, through their Light, will become a benevolent leader, creating a free world of an oppressed country. Tell them never to underestimate the awesome power of unconditional love.

27.  Blessed is the Human Being who now reads these sacred words for you will become a different person than the one you were a moment ago. You will become a more loving and more peaceful Human Being. How do we know? Because we know your name and all about you and of this awesome potential for you to pick this card and read it. Does it not speak of your heart's longing? We know who is reading this sacred card on this sacred day.

28. Music that calms, music that uplifts, music that visibly alters the very way you feel about yourself and what's happening around…music that uplifts you, comes from the help of the higher dimensions. They are channeled through many enlightened Ones who know their healing power, who love you and want to serve you. Oh, precious One, don't keep listening to the music that recreates painful memories from a past that is not there. Instead, go inside to your powerful intuition and let us guide you to the ones created by the higher vibrating Masters. You will recognize them because you were one of them. And so this is the truth, for you are now ready to accept it, dear Master.

29. In the quiet of this moment, when all around you seem to support your learning, you begin to feel a familiar sense of knowing. Perhaps that knowing is: I've been here before, I know this feeling, I am an old soul. I can recognize energies of the past and glimpse into it's probability into the future, because in this eternal now…I am all of it.              


30.  There is nothing that controls you now that has to determine your future. There is nothing in your life that are your "tests" that you do not have the solution to. Even when you  feel the most hopeless and frustrated because an "issue" seems to so stubbornly hold onto itself, this is the point of miracles! This is the point when all of heaven comes to lift you and say to you, to your heart and to your Soul: You are not a victim. You so carefully planned all of this! Now is the time for the answers to those tests to come out of you!
